Summary
The second term councilman is talking with City Manager Sheryl Sculley about the city's Noise Ordinance and how to enforce it. Oh yeah, one is already on the books and it's carried out and enforced by the Code Compliance Department. Of course whether that agency is doing its job is subject to debate. One thing for sure, it was instrumental is curbing the noise level along the now-defunct St. Mary's Strip.
The idea is good because the ordinance is already in place. What's being suggested is that the ordinance be enforced. What a concept.
